Market Common is the upscale shopping and live/work community located on the former Myrtle Beach Air Force Base. It has quickly become one of the most desired areas to live along the Grand Strand. New homes comprise most of the real estate selling in the Market Common area. There are several different single family and townhome communities located there. Baseball fields, soccer fields, the Bark Park, a children’s playground and wide open walking spaces are also featured in the Market Common area. There is literally something for everyone here.

The real estate market in Myrtle Beach is hot, and the Market Common area is one of the leading sales areas along the entire Grand Strand.
